Harshita Choubey is a founding partner at Crimson Law Chambers with a diverse practice in litigation and arbitration across courts and tribunals throughout India. She advises and represents both private and public sector clients and currently serves as Panel ‘A’ Counsel for the Central Government before the Supreme Court of India.


She completed her B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) from Gujarat National Law University, and then gained her Master’s in Law from Harvard Law School. Having cleared the New York Bar Exam, Harshita effortlessly integrates her global insight with a deep, practical grasp of India’s legal and regulatory landscape.


She began her career at one of India’s premier law firms, where she was involved in high-stakes disputes, advising leading corporate houses and international clients. Her areas of expertise include transactional law and commercial disputes, insolvency and bankruptcy, white-collar crime, shareholder litigation, constitutional and administrative law, service law, and both domestic and international arbitration.


Harshita is equally committed to access to justice. As a panel advocate with the Supreme Court Legal Services Committee, she regularly represents economically disadvantaged clients in matters ranging from matrimonial disputes to criminal bail applications.
