Represented a Government of Gujarat Undertaking engaged in laying, building and operating the High-Pressure Gujarat Gas Grid in writ proceedings before the Delhi High Court impugning certain tariff orders passed pursuant to the unified tariff regulations.
Represented the largest city gas distribution company in India in writ proceedings before the Delhi High Court impugning various PNGRB Regulations and public notices issued pursuant thereto.
Represented the Commissioner of CGST, Delhi before the Delhi High Court and the Supreme Court of India on the interpretation of inclusion of ‘cash’ within seizure of goods under Section 67(2) of the CGST Act.
