An alumna of the National Law University, Delhi and Harvard Law School, Riddhi began her professional journey with the litigation team of India’s leading law firm.


At Harvard, Riddhi worked with the Harvard Refugee and Immigration Clinic, contributing to Amicus Briefs filed before the United States Supreme Court, affirming gender violence and climate change as a ground for asylum protection. She has also qualified the New York Bar Examination.


In India, Riddhi has been a part of significant public interest litigations before the Supreme Court of India. She has assisted in noteworthy constitutitional litigations pertaining to abrogation of Article 35A, Restitution of Conjugal Rights, State Taxation Powers over Mines and Minerals, the validity of the Triple Talaq Act, and the Surrogacy (Regulation) Act.


Riddhi is a Panel Counsel for the Central Government before the Supreme Court of India. She has successfully represented major conglomerates, public sector undertakings, and individual clients in a wide range of civil, commercial, and criminal matters, building a diverse practice across courts in India.


Her interest lies in areas of Constitutional Law, Civil and Criminal Law, Dispute Resolution, Environmental Law, and Public International Law.
